At Keh’s Beauty Studio, we’re dedicated to providing you with the highest quality treatments in a relaxing, friendly, and professional environment. To ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable, we’ve outlined the following terms and conditions that apply to all bookings and treatments.
1. Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Please note that your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
- Deposit Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash for in-person bookings.
- Balance Payments: The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your treatment via card or cash.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a full payment may be required for rebooking.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur the full cost of the booked treatment.
- If you wish to reschedule, please give us 24 hours’ notice to move your appointment without losing your deposit.
3. Patch Test Policy
For treatments that involve tinting, lash extensions, or other products that may cause an allergic reaction (e.g., brow lamination or lash lifting), a patch test must be conducted at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. This is mandatory for all new clients and those who haven’t had a patch test within the last six months at Keh’s Beauty Studio. Failure to complete a patch test may result in the cancellation of your treatment, and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes things run late! However, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, which could result in the loss of your deposit.
5. Refund Policy
At Keh’s Beauty Studio, we aim for 100% client satisfaction. However, as our services are based on personal preferences and individual results, we are unable to offer refunds for completed treatments. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please let us know before leaving the studio, and we will do our best to address them.
6. Treatment Suitability & Medical Conditions
Before any treatment, please ensure you inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we recommend booking a consultation with us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for your condition.
7. Age Policy
For certain treatments (such as intimate waxing and advanced body contouring), clients must be 18 years or older. For other services, we may accept clients aged 16-17 with parental consent. Please contact us for more information regarding age restrictions.
8. Post-Treatment Care
Each treatment at Keh’s Beauty Studio comes with tailored aftercare advice, which is essential for achieving the best results and maintaining your look. It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare instructions provided. Should you have any concerns post-treatment, feel free to contact us for guidance.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled with care. All information shared with us, including medical details, is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
10. Special Offers & Promotions
From time to time, we may run special promotions or offers at Keh’s Beauty Studio. Please note that promotional codes, discounts, or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal or package and are subject to their individual terms and conditions. Promotional discounts and offers do not apply to the purchase of gift certificates. All special offers are valid for a limited time only and must be used within the specified time frame.
11. Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. All tools, equipment, and facilities at Keh’s Beauty Studio adhere to strict hygiene standards. Our staff are fully trained, and all products we use are of the highest quality, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
12. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase both in physical and digital formats, starting from £25. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be used toward any treatment at Keh’s Beauty Studio and must be presented at the time of booking. Please note that promotional discounts and offers do not apply to gift certificate purchases.
